Winlevi

Digital congress stand with website and mobile questionnaire

Background

For too many patients, acne isn't just a skin condition, it's a daily confrontation. Every morning brings a moment of dread at the mirror, a quiet calculation of what to wear, where to sit, whether to go at all. Social events become obstacles. Home becomes a refuge, and then a trap. The emotional weight is invisible to everyone except the person carrying it.

Winlevi believes that treating acne means treating the whole patient, not just the skin they're in.

We wanted HCPs to feel that weight. To truly understand what their patients carry into the consultation room, and out of it.

Solution

We didn't tell healthcare professionals about the patient experience. We put them inside it.

For a major congress, we created an intimate, immersive bathroom scene, the one room where patients are most honest with themselves. As HCPs approached the mirror, it activated, drawing them into a private world they don't usually get to witness: the rituals, the rituals abandoned, the words patients never quite say out loud.

Every story they encountered was real. Drawn directly from patient conversations, their anxieties, their small defeats, their quiet resilience. The kind of truths that rarely make it into a clinical setting, but shape every decision a patient makes about their care.

Because when an HCP understands what happens before the appointment, they can change what happens after it.
