Know Your Numbers
Concept ideas, art direction
Background
Living with PBC means staying informed. Your doctor monitors a set of key markers to track how your condition is progressing — and understanding those numbers puts you in the driving seat. When you know what to look for and what questions to ask, appointments become conversations, not updates you sit through.
Solution
A patient awareness campaign built around one simple idea: know your numbers. Through clear, accessible materials — online and in clinic — patients were encouraged to track their key PBC markers between appointments and arrive at every GP visit ready to talk. The result was a shift in the patient-doctor dynamic, from passive recipient to active participant in their own care.
